Could you briefly introduce yourself?

I’m DBA and OPS (Apache/Tomcat/PostgreSQL) in DECATHLON, working on database engines for 16 years.

I discovered Postgresql on 2012.

Have you enjoyed previous pgconf.eu conferences, either as attendee or as speaker?

I was attendee in Wien & Tallinn, and it will be my first time as speaker at pgconf.eu.

What will your talk be about, exactly? Why this topic?

My talk is about "experience feedback".

In the beginning of 2016, I had a new mission and discovered an application that was a prototype.

Discovering the application, I asked the DEV team for data model changes (some were applied, some not).

Then, I had to industrialize the production platform (for installation, configuration and deployments management).

The application is now in production, and we encounter some production issues (Performance).

What is the audience for your talk?

DBAs, Developers, People looking to migrate to PostgreSQL.

What existing knowledge should the attendee have?

Basic knowledge.
